Windows 10: Pc Crashing shutdown

So im having an issue with my pc. whenever i boot this steam game called rust my pc shuts down as soon as its in the play screen after it shuts diwn about 20 time it will start working and i can play. every game on my pc is fine but rist is the only one that does this. i need to so this every day. my pc specs are i5 12600k stock cooler 4x8 32 gb ram a rx 6500xt graphics card and a 850 psu. there is no overheating and my pc is 4 months new and the only old parts are my graphics card and psu

My pc takes for ever to shut down when i restart

Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix

 

all games crash!

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

PC is Suffering Unexpected Shutdowns

Most important detail to me would be whether these shutdowns are sudden, in which case it's likely a short or PSU issue (capacitor aging maybe?) or graceful windows style shutdowns, which suggests software interference.

It could also be overheating components if it's a sudden shutdown. What are your thermals like?
