Windows 10: PC crashing, tried all “fixes” I could find, but still get errors: 6068 & 5763 - please help me

Hello everyone, I would really appreciate the help. I am getting random crashes when I play WARZONE. this is the only game I play, and I’m a full time parent and a shift worker so I don’t get a whole lot of time to play. it’s either error codes: 6068 or 5763 or a crash to desktop without a error code box at all. The crashes happen at different times, different part of the map/ different game modes all within warzone. I cannot nail it down to a certain triggering even. “whocrashed” has not picked up the errors either. I have tried all of the fixes I could find online so far including:• fresh in

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Direct X crashes

My modern warfare is direct x crashing very very frequently leaving the game virtually unplayable. Some errors include Dev 6068, 5763, and 6065. Anyone have insight on how to fix this. Is this a Microsoft issue, a graphics card issue, or an infinity ward
issue? I have tried flashing my bios, turning off one monitor, leaving my settings at default settings, made sure all gpu drivers were up to date. Any insight would be amazing thanks.

sorry to hear. This is basically a DirectX related Error which pops up due to the older version of direct x installed on your pc. So try to get the latest Version, but Maybe better to install the previouse driver of your GPU?

Or according to Call of Duty Modern Warfare players, they are experiencing “Dev Error 6068 – DirectX encountered an unrecoverable error” while trying to play the game. To fix this error, make the following changes:

• Turn off Nvidia overlay through Geforce experience
• Set game to Windows borderless
• Set refresh rate and FPS limit to match your monitors
• Made sure you have latest Windows Update
• Turn off GPU overclock and reverted back to stock clocks
• Turn off XBOX Game Bar
• Turn off RTX
• Turned off MSI Afterburner and all other overlay apps
• Set game to HIGH CPU PRIORITY on Task Manager
• Set particles setting to Lo

If you don’t like reducing the game’s settings then you can potentially resolve this issue by locking Call of Duty Modern Warfare at 30 FPS. Open Nvidia Control panel > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings.

Select the game from the list and set vertical sync to “Adaptive Half Refresh Rate”. Apply the change, start the game and disable Vertical sync in-game and the game will be locked at 30 FPS. This will reduce the CPU and GPU usage resulting in stable performance.

Buonasera, in questi giorni ho riscontrato un problema molto fastidioso al quale non riesco a trovare rimedio. Ho acquistato ed installato il gioco Call of Duty: Modern Warfare e dopo averci giocato svariate ore (senza alcun tipo di problema) ho deciso di
aggiornare i driver della mia scheda video (Gtx 970). Ora non riesco a giocare piu di 5 minuti senza che il gioco vada in crash e mi compaia l'errore "Dev 6068 errore irreversibile Directx". Ho provato a riaggiornare i driver, ma nulla. sono ormai 2 giorni
che il gioco presenta sempre il solito problema. Spero qualcuno possa aiutarmi a risolvere. Grazie

Now I can't play more than 5 minutes without the game crashing and the error "Dev 6068 fatal error Directx" appears to me.
I tried to update the drivers, but nothing. it is now 2 days that the game always presents the usual problem.
