Windows 10: PC Crashing when gaming, idle or under light load

So my PC keeps freezing/crashing randomly at certain points.
Sometimes it's when i'm mid game, sometimes under very light load watching a video and sometimes when nothing is happening at all.
Anyone know how I could get a crash report or something to try diagnose the problem?

Pre-loaded games won't uninstall

I'm not really into some of the games that were pre-loaded into my PC but when I try to bring up the games from the Start menu and click on 'uninstall' it takes me to the control panel, and I don't see the games listed there for me to uninstall. Suggestions, please? Thanks! ~P

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Office And Light Gaming Build

There's nothing wrong with the build, but I have some suggestions to, IMHO, make it better:

• You list a 550 watt PSU, but you have a 51 watt CPU and a GPU that pulls 120 watts at the max. In other words, your system will pull under 200 watts at maximum load, which it sounds like will be rarely. PSU's are most efficient between 50-80%, and even at max load, this system won't reach 50%. Suggest a PSU 400 watts or less, like the Seasonic G-360.
• RAM's really cheap. Suggest getting 16 GB instead.
