Windows 10: PC crashing when GPU put under load

Hiya, i have been having some issues with my pc for a while. Everytime i put the gpu under any sort of load it seems to crash and reboot back to desktop...I am really hoping it is not a hardware issue. I have tried a fresh install, but the issue persists,...Nvidia drivers and windows updates/drivers are up to date as far as I can tell..I am getting no minidump or .dmp files as far as I can see... Under the Event Viewer I can see a few errors at various times some of which when i wasn't in the room, although the PC was running and a critical. Critical -source:kernel-Powerunder details it just

Hard crashes with ANY heavy load

Out of the blue, my computer has been crashing upon heavy loads. For example, playing a game. I can load into the menu fine, but when it finishes loading the game, either the game will crash or my computer will black screen and restart. Specs and what I have tried already are as follows:

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
  
• RAM: 32GB Corsair DDR4-3200MHz
  
• MOBO: ASUS X470 Prime Pro
  
• GPU: ZOTAC GTX-1070
  
• PSU: Corsair CX450
  

What I have tried:

• Updated drivers for CPU, GPU and MOBO BIOS updated
  
• reinstall GPU drivers via NVIDIA software utilities
  
• unplugged and reconnected all PSU connections, reseated GPU
  

I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions you have to fix my issues are greatly appreciated.

 

Gpu driver crashes pc

Pc crashed once while playing a game, after that it would never load windows and go into a boot loop or get stuck on a black screen every time, if i go into safe mode pc works fine, and if i disable my display adapter (gtx 660ti) i can load windows normally but cant use my gpu of course, updating gpu drivers also crashes pc and makes it go into boot loop or black screen.

windows 10 64 bit pro n

motherboard: asus p8z77-v le plus

cpu: intel i7 3770k

ram: 2 sticks of kingston 8 gb ram

gpu: gtx 660ti

all drivers except the gpu are up to date

GPU-Z 0.7.5 causing crashes on load up

Any chance you could narrow it down to which running application causes GPU-Z to crash? Ideally steps to reproduce for me here.
