Windows 10: PC crashing while playing games and browsing

Over the last 3 days I've been randomly experiencing my pc crashing while playing games So far I've only been focused on Overwatch 2 and Rise of the tomb raider . ** Update pc also crashed while browsing the internet only, no music playing etc The screen goes black but the game and spotify can still be heard, the game sound however is stuck keeps repeating. Today alone it managed to crash 4 times mostly after a period of running fine. The first time it got stuck today, the power button needed to be held to turn it off, 2nd and 3rd time it restarted on its own right after I joined back to t

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.
