Windows 10: PC Died, Can't Log In For Repair

Hello,I'm getting the blue screen of death on my labtop. When it goes to the administrator login page for repairs, it keeps saying my admin password is incorrect, but it's not. I've reset it twice from my phone and yet it still says the password is incorrect. My only option is to restart, and then I'm in a blue screen of death loop. All the instructions I can find involve getting to my home screen and doing things from settings in the computer, but I can't even get as far as my home screen!!! Please help! Thank you!

UK Warranty Repair Nokia Lumia 925

Following support / troubleshooting steps listed on the MS support page for the Nokia Lumia 925 the phone died and completely unresponsive and will not power up.

I have booked a repair and its logged in the system if I check it but that's it no email confirmation or anything, so what happens next?

 

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

To address your concern, we suggest that you run the Windows Startup repair. To do that, follow these steps:

• Using you installation media, access the Windows recovery environment.
• Select Troubleshoot
• Choose Advanced option
• Choose Automatic Repair or Startup Repair.
• Once done, your system will restart.
