Windows 10: Pc display disconnets ramdomly after 30 minutes of use

So basically my PC is having an issue very strange, works fine for like 30 minutes or so , and then display goes black and the HDMI disconnection sound is heard , it comes back and keeps doing it and mouse cursor becomes laggy as hell , and PC restarts and keep on doing this , have nothing else to do than completely shut it down and wait for an hour until a start it again.The one thing that caught my attention is that while I'm playing games , PC behaves normal , is until I shut down the game that all of this starts happening.Could it be a temperature issue with my video card ? Or mother has g

I created my own Power plan, and set "Turn off display:" to 5 minutes.
I went away for half an hour, and when I came back, the display is still on.

Any suggestions why this is not working?
