Windows 10: PC display won't turn back on after screen inactivity timeout.

PC display will not turn back on after i leave my computer for awhileover 5 minutes untill screen turns off This issue does not happen every time, sometimes i will go shower and i can come back 30 minutes later, move the mouse and the pc will turn on, sometimes i can go away to grab a drink and it wont turn back onRandom times and random intervals When i do return and click the mouse or keyboard to wake the display the backlight lights up and displays 'no signal' then turns off again. I can see the PC running as the lights are going and the fans are spinning. I have tried to plug unplug m

I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

 

Monitor wont turn on after inactivity timeout

My PC's display will not turn back on after I leave my computer for a while (30+ min?) and the display closes due to inactivity timeout. When I return to my PC, I click my mouse/keyboard to wake the display, and the display lights up for a second (backpanel lit, but display is still black), shows no signal, and the display turns off again. The PC is still running (RGB on, fans turning, fans actually turn faster for a few seconds when I press mouse/keyboard).
Unplugging/replugging/plugging into the motherboard the Display Port cables have no effect. I have 2 monitors but using either of them only does not work either. The only "fix" is to manually restart the PC using the hardware controls on the case. This doesn't seem to be a problem with the GPU hardware itself..

I have a AMD RYZEN 7 5800X3D And a 6650 XT graphics card

 

Change Lock Screen Display Off Timeout in Windows 10


It won't send you to the lock screen when the timeout has been reached.

Console lock display off timeout is the amount of minutes Windows will wait idle with no activity while on the lock screen when a user locks the computer before timing out and automatically turning off the display.

You might see if these below may be turning off the display instead.
