Windows 10: Pc does a weird crash after high CPU usage????

So, this weird crash happens when i play games with high CPU usage, as i think, like if i launch a simple game like MW3, it doesnt crash, but if i play other ones, like GTA V, or Payday 2, the crash happens, the crash consists of phases, first, the mouse will not work, it does look like and function like normally, but it does nothing with the computer and stays in the last position the mouse was, also the sound goes like hh--eelll---oooo like if you holded space while watching a youtube video,Then, after 15-30 seconds, the sound turns off, and the pc thinks that the cable was taken out of the

Windows 11 High CPU usage and crashing

I just upgrade to Windows 11. When clicking the start icon it give high CPU usage and PC freeze and crash. Any solution?

 

TiWorker.exe spikes in CPU usage and causes crash

I have done those, but I still have freezes and crashes. Doing the SFC /scannow resulted in a freeze in my computer. I believe the high CPU usage may be causing crashes. Would it not be possible for TiWorker to trigger a crash because of the massive spike
in CPU usage caused by it? These crashes and freezes have only occurred in the last few days, and it seems weird to only crash while TiWorker spikes in CPU usage

 

High cpu usage

Hi guys, I have a weird problem and I can't fix it. After changing some settings in Comand Promt my computer started behaving weird. My cpu usage is high and very unstable, for no reason. In the task manager there is nothing that should cause high cpu
usage, there are no shown tasks or procceces that are causing this. I tried to repair windows but I was unable to, then tried a complete reinstall and i couldnt do that either, tried system recovery that couldnt be executed. My pc seems to have lag when
i perform anything like simply opening Chrome, or just clicking on refresh. The settings i changed had something to do with dynamic tick in CMD. I believe that I turned them off, but im not sure. Any tipps for what to do guys?
