Windows 10: Pc doesn't meet windows 11 requirements, but I am on windows 11

Hello I am trying to do a clean install of windows to a different drive so I installed windows 11 on a usb and tried to boot into the usb but after I click the version of windows I want it says that I don't meet the windows 11 requirements but I installed windows on the usb from windows 11 and have everything enabled tpm, secure boot so I know I meet the requirements and I have enough space too so what is going on here

Most computers running Windows 10 can run Windows 11 in a supported or unsupported fashion.

There are multiple methods to bypass the supported requirements.

The computer's Intel CPU (i7-6700HQ) was compared to the Windows 11 Intel supported list.

It was not seen on the list.

Windows 11 not meeting requirements.

I ran the pc health check and received that my pc meets requirement for windows 11 although in the check & update section it is still saying my pc doesn't meet requirements?
