Windows 10: PC Doesn't recognize second monitor

I'm running a system with a 1660 regular, 3DP and 1 HDMI.I'm trying to run two monitors, although both are on HDMI. I'm using this DP-HDMI unidirectional cable to try to get the second monitor set up, but it has never recognized the output. One monitor is on HDMI, other on DP->HDMI. I've switched around the cables, restarted monitors and computer multiple times, but nothing works, can only get 1 monitor to recognize source.Any tips?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Windows may not recognize another external display device if the display drivers are outdated, or that the monitor is turned off or not plugged in correctly, etc. For us to isolate the issue in connecting a second monitor in Windows 10, kindly respond to
the questions below:

• Have you made any significant changes to your device prior to the issue?
• Did the second monitor work before?
• Have you tried using the monitor to a different computer?
• What happens if you disconnect your primary monitor and connect the second monitor to make it the main monitor?
