Windows 10: PC doesn't work after update (black image with white blinking spaces)?

Hello I have made an update of Windows 10 and it turned off the PC during the update. Now it does not start the Windows anymore. How can I fix this now.

Screen flashes black and white after update.

A few days ago, windows (10) gave me the info that a update is available for me. So after downloading the update, installing and rebooting the update, my PC restarted (as planned). After the restart, the windows logo showed including the spinning ring.
After a few seconds the screen goes black and white and black and white and black and white, mouse icon showed up, pc restarted and the whole mess started anew.

Any ideas ??

 

Asus logo keeps blinking after PC shutdown.

Hi Lads.

Last night i noticed that the Asus logo




keeps blinking after i shutdown the Machine, i did some research on Google and what i found is that it's normal that the logo keeps on/blinking after PC shutdown, but some others says: The manual says it is an update for the Bios. Push the power button 3 seconds..

I didn't notice it before because the logo is right under the GPU.
