Windows 10: PC doesn't work properly after installing windows 10

I just installed windows 10 server 2016 a year ago. After few months, in the booting is shows a message "Preparing automatic repair" and the computer gets shut down. Then I decided to install Windows 10 Home 2020. After few days of installing it, the taskbar and other windows apps like settings, windows defender, etc. didn't work. After that, I installed windows 10 pro and that shows the same problem as windows 10 home and there was a loop in a bluescreen calling "Your PC ran into a problem".
My PC components are, CPU: Core i7 8700

RAM: Hypex DDR4 8GB RAM x 4

VGA: ZOTAC GTX 1050Ti

SSD: Kingston 240GB

HDD: Toshiba 500GB
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B360M-A

Power Supply: GAME MAX GP-400A

Please help me to solve this. I tried to use troubleshooter, resetting windows, and restoring windows and they didn't work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
