Windows 10: Pc drivers never loaded

    Pc drivers never loaded


    My pc won't shutdown it just restarts and I have tried everythingdevice manger, network adapter stuff, fast boot off powerdownaftershutdown resitry fuel set to 1 changed boot orderand more and it doesn't work so I went on driver verifier custom settings checked everything except the second one and the additional soemthing I can't remember and saw the results after I restarted to apply settings then did shut down because I wanted to see if anything crashed which made shut down I have had this issue before I and reset this pc 4 times now these are the files that say never loadedMy pc won't

    HD 5870 Bios flash failed

    mp3 player is in FAT / FAT32 format ?

    Set Boot up first to the drive with hiren bootcd 10.4
    Done...

    the options will pop out after loading the disc choose

    boot cd

    then the list (step by step)

    Next...
    Dos....
    USB Drivers....
    Load USB Drivers with no386.....

    Ask you load cd drivers. NO
    Ask you load SCSI drivers. NO
    Ask you anything NO.
    USB driver list comes out. 8 Don't choose anything else.

    type
    C:\ (that should be your mp3 player if you did it right)

    atiflash -i
    to list the adapters

    atiflash -p -f 0 ???.bin

    done.........

    PC Build Steps

    Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval
    • Install system in case
      • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
    • Turn on PC
    • setup HDD
    • run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
      • run realtemp at the same time
    • While in Prime95 test
      • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
      • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
      • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!
    What do you guys think??

    Pc drivers never loaded

    Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
