Windows 10: PC either bluescreens IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL or Bios failed to boot / but still actully...

so assisting a friend in the vendevor So where trying to figure out how to fix this issueIts a fresh install of windows just runningand where getting the bluescreens IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL IF we dont have XMP enable in biosbut if we have XMP enabled this issue never happens but we get a Failed To boot insteadanyone know what could be the cause?this is so wrong from my understanding from pc stuff and this is the only pc that behaves like this

Sorry to bother you again, but today I had "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" bluescreen again, I checked the EventViewer to see the possible cause and it again saved the dump at "C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP.". I have uploaded it to OneDrive once again.

Is this still related to Motherboard Chipset drivers? Because I have already downloaded and installed latest chipset driver for my motherboard after your suggestion to do so. Not sure what is the cause of this IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL system error this time.

Load USB Drivers with no386.....

Ask you load cd drivers. NO
Ask you load SCSI drivers. NO
Ask you anything NO.
USB driver list comes out. 8 Don't choose anything else.

type
C:\ (that should be your mp3 player if you did it right)

atiflash -i
to list the adapters

atiflash -p -f 0 ???.bin
