  1. PC enters a hard hang state randomly idle/underload

Hello, I just build a new PC and I am having some issues since day one with Kernel Power ID 41 errors. All the parts are brand new and the drivers are up to date. Whenever I go into Event Viewer I see the following error:- <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event">- <System> <Provider Name="Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power" Guid="{331c3b3a-2005-44c2-ac5e-77220c37d6b4}" /> <EventID>41</EventID> <Version>9</Version> <Level>1</Level> <Task>63</Task> <Opcode>0</Op

  2. PC enters a hard hang state randomly (idle/underload)

I've already raised a report in Feedback Hub at your advice. As per the issue, it is happening randomly independent of the app/action that was undergoing during that time. One time it was just pure idle after a restart and another time I think it happened during boot sequence as I can understand from the events created at that time.

I can attach all the dump files that I have so far since day one (3 in total, but the issue happened more than that..around 3-4 times a day).

Please let me know that is the issue or what I can do to fix it.
