Windows 10: PC failing to reboot correctly

Hello TenForums members,

I'm having an issue for a while regarding my PC. Easiest way of explaining is this:

- I press 'Restart' in my start menu
- PC starts restarting
- Screen goes black after done shutting down (FANS&LIGHTS stay on)
- PC stays like this forever till I shut it down with the power button

Today I did a last attempt by formatting, but even when the windows install reboots it gets stuck at black sreen. Even if I restart trough my BIOS it stays on a black screen.

What do you guys recommend?

I updated my PC specs, in the meantime i have also changed my SSDrive

How do I revert back to 8.1 from 10?

Go to action center and backup and recovery and the option is there to revert

I cant tell correctly beacause while i was reseting win 10 factory settings my pc failed and came with the error inaccessible Boot device and was rebooting again and again

 

E7-00 Start Problem after Anna update

After update to the Symbian Anna software, the social networking did not work anymore. Decided to perform a factory reset. (Backup did work correctly on my PC and on a stick). This reset failed. Now the phone keeps rebooting every 60 - 90 seconds.



How can I get out of this, since rebooting does not work anymore as per the instructions of the manual.

 

When I had a fail to boot problem I did a cmos reset on the mobo.

Have you added anything before this problem started ?

 

I have been upgrading my computer a lot, in the meantime I changed memory, added a 2nd videocard and watercooling

 

Did you change the items 1 at a time or all at once ? if you can take out the changes then put them back in 1 area at a time i.e ram change (then test) if ok then 2nd video card ?
