    Hi,I have an HP laptop running Windows 10 with updates turned on, so it's going to be a fairly recent version of Windows 10.Unfortunately following a recent Windows update the laptop now fails to boot successfully so I cannot reach the logon screen, and the computer reports a stopcode of: 0xc000021aIt will boot into the Automatic Repair screen, and from here I would like to open CMD Command Prompt in order to attempt repairing the BCD boot configuration data.However, when I try to open CMD it asks me for what I think is a local account password, which I do not know/cannot remember.
