Windows 10: PC fans starts spinning on max speed and internet disconnects.

Sometimes when i start my computer the case fans starts spinning on top speed and internet disconnects. I have tried to control the speed of the fan by installing msi afterburner and in bios but nothing seems to work. I have also tried to update the drivers for the network card and usb ports since they also disconnect sometimes. To fix this issue I need to restart my computer until it works but still it disconnects sometimes when im doing things. I think bios needs an update but I honestly dont know, any tips?The computer is a gl10dh with a ryzen 5 3400g and a gtx 1650.

Laptop fan spins up to max for no obvious reason

As stated above.

In viewing task manager I tend to see nothing obvious that could be the cause though occassionally something like below occurs.



Once the fan gets going it doesn't appear as if it will stop until I shut my laptop down fully.

Checked my fan physically and no dust.

Replaced thermal compound between cpu and heat sink.

Scanned with windows defender and malwarebytes to find nothing.

Appears to ramp up randomly. Played an intensive game without issue.

I figured it might be related to using my browser - Mozilla. Deleted all history/cookies etc, switched to edge.

Tried to eliminate as many programs to find anything to the point of resetting win10.

Not sure what to do now. Any ideas?

Disconnecting from internet = no change

Process explorer = 97-99% idle

Checking BIOS version = most up to date

Sent in support ticket - Awaiting response

Acquired SpeedFan - Unable to add any fan controller

Acquired NoteBook FanControl - Able to target fan speed in steps of 25%. Will spin up to max at any stepping other than 0%. Appears as if tilting my laptop can set the fan off to max. Currently using 0% target fan to bring it back down.

 

PC IS NOT BOOTING AND FANS ARE IN MAX SPEED

My pc is not booting up and fans are in max speed i tried

reseating the cpu and ram but nothing works when i reseat the ram it beeps 5 times. what can be the possible can be the possible cause of this issue and if theres need to replace some parts what parts it is?

 

Intel i3 6100 fan running at max speed for no reason!

On December 26th, I moved my PC into a new case. For about a week, my CPU fan kept spinning at max speed for no reason and i couldnt change it in the BIOS or anything. I booted up my PC on January 2nd and for some reason, my fan was normal. A week later
today, after the new update, my CPU fan is back to spinning at 100%. My temps are very low so there's no reason for it to be spinning so fast; any help? running the stock cooler with an MSI H110M Pro-VH motherboard and a GTX 970. CPU usage in task manager
is pretty low as well.
