PC fans suddenly start making a loud noise and video loss.

Hello,For some odd reason my Windows 10 PC has started crashing after a few minutes or less of using an app. The fans start to make a very weird and loud noise and the monitor goes black. This specifically happens when I boot up GTA 5.I decided to run the SFC /scannow command and the results stated the following:"Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log."I'm unsure of what could be causing it. I could share the file

    :)

Dell 8910 Desktop PC is making a loud vacuum cleaner fan noise??

My one year old Dell 8910 desktop PC has started making a loud fan noise that sounds like a vacuum cleaner. It started when I turned it on when the PC wasn't hot.

Can someone venture a guess as to what the problem might be? Thanks for your help

my coolpad is making a loud noise

i have this kootek coolpad https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/...AC_SY1000_.jpg and i put my laptop on it the coolpad has 5 rings: there is a big ring in the center and 4 small rings in the corners. there are two on buttons: one is for the big center ring and the other is for the 4 small rings. the coolpad is 3 years old. in the past i was only using the big center ring and the other rings were off one month ago the alienware laptop got an attack of whea bsod and i got 6 in one day. i took the laptop to a dell service center. they said that the nvidia graphics card spoilt and they replaced the motherboard. i don't know. i think that the soldering of the nvidia graphics card cracked i wanted to also switch on the other 4 small rings after i got back the laptop. that's when the problem started. the coolpad fans were silent for a few days each time i opened the laptop lid and the laptop woke up from sleep. after that suddenly one day the coolpad fans made a loud irritating noise when i opened the laptop lid and the laptop woke up from sleep. if i close the laptop lid and the laptop goes back to sleep then the coolpad fans stop making a loud noise but if i open the laptop lid again then the coolpad fans sometimes will make the loud noise again and sometimes they wont. i have to keep on trying until the loud noise stops. after that there is no loud noise for a few days and then the problem happens again when i open the laptop lid. the loud noise only happens if i switch on the 4 small rings. i opened the coolpad and removed the 4 small fans and i cleaned them and i put them back. the inside of the coolpad were very dusty. i thought that opening the coolpad and cleaning the rings will help. it didn't and the loud noise came back when i woke up the laptop from sleep a few days later i want to ask why are the 4 small rings making a loud noise when i open the laptop lid and the loud noise stops when i close the laptop lid? the coolpad is still on and its fans are spinning when the laptop lid is closed and the laptop is asleep are the coolpad fans damaged or they are ok? it doesn't make sense. if they were damaged then i won't be able to make the loud noise stop is the problem fixable or i need a new coolpad? will switching on the small ring under the graphics card protect the graphics card from spoiling again or no? i asked someone and he said that it won't help because the graphics card is not near the small ring. is that true?
