Windows 10: PC freeze and crash with Dcom 10016 being the problem

I get this event ID everytime my pc crashes freeze, Dcom 10016The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54} and APPID {15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402} to the user EST\iron sid S-1-5-21-xxxxxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxx from address LocalHost Using LRPC running in the application container Unavailable SID Unavailable. DCOM error 10016

Hello one of your suggestions seems to have worked for a bit then i got a bluescreen think it was watchdog clock timeout the BSOD was labled as a dcom error 10016

then the problems started again

I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.

10016 is present on all computers and not related to computer crashing.

DCOM event ID 10016 is logged in Windows

These events can be safely ignored because they don't adversely affect functionality and are by design. It's the recommend action for these events.

When you say crash, is it a random reboot or a Blue screen of death?
