Windows 10: PC freeze and reset after closing a game

My pc frezee and resetting after closing game.I just formatted my pc for the solution but didnt work.It was windows 11 pro latest version but now windows 10 pro latest version.Still freeze and reseting.My graphic card is MSİ RTX 3060 12GB VENTUSmotherboard asus rog strix b550fRam 8x2 16gb 3600mhz xpg gammix d30Psu thermaltake smart rgb 600wssd samsung 980 pro m2I bought new rams for it but didnt work either

Need assistance with game crashes and freezes after changing PC location

I recently relocated my stationary PC, and since then, I've been experiencing issues with both Steam games and other games. Specifically, when launching Steam games, the loading screen freezes after a few seconds, causing Task Manager to crash, ultimately requiring a PC restart. Additionally, non-Steam games tend to close abruptly after 2-3 minutes of gameplay.

Error Message: No specific error messages are displayed; however, the loading screen freeze for Steam games prompts Task Manager to crash.

System Information:

• Operating System: Windows 11
  
• PC Specifications: GPU gigabyte R69xt gaming oc, CPU i5 13600k, etc.
  
• Game Platform: facing issues with Steam games or other gaming platforms like epic games
  

Actions Taken: I have already taken the following steps to address the issue:

1. Updated all drivers.
   
2. Attempted various troubleshooting methods found online.
   
3. Updated the BIOS to the latest version.
   

Despite these efforts, the problem persists, and I am unsure about the root cause. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

 

Freeze and reset on close apps

Hi,

yesterday evening I've found a new problem: when I close any apps using the "X" button in the right top, the Diamond freeze and I must reset it, instead if I can close the apps using the Exit voice from the internal menu, the app close correctly.

No freeze or reset if the "OK" button replace the "X".

I've got the same problem if I try to open the application management menu that appears only in the home (with the list of open apps and the 3 icons). I click on the "little arrow" in the right top and the Diamond freeze.

If I go to Start -> Settings -> System and then i click "Managed Programs" the Diamond reset.

I think is a problem of Windows Mobile.

Anyone had the same problem?
