Windows 10: Pc freeze issue

My windows ten pc will do a screen freeze every couple of seconds constantly for the whole time my pc is on. The only temporary fix I've found is turning pc off and on again for hours to get it to stop. This might not be enough info just wasn't sure if anyone had the same problem. Been bugging me for a while.

• Where do you usually experience this freezing issue? Is it during startup?
• Other troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
