Windows 10: Pc freeze on Aorus screen

I have a pc that freezes on the Aorus screen. My Specs are a ryzen 9 5900x, 324x8 corsair vengeance ram, aorus b550 pro ac, 1000w evga, 250gb samsung 970 evo plusboot drive, 1tb wd hdd, 1tb teamgroup ssd, and a tuf 3090. Everytime i try to boot to windows, repair tool, or usb drive it freezes and crashes. The usb drive gets a little further sometimes but crashes at the purple version selection screen. Ive tried upgrading and downgrading bios, turning on and off csm and secure boot, letting the power drain from pc, resetting cmos, taking everything out the pc, and unplugging all devices fro

Aorus Laptop Freezing on Aorus Logo

Hello, I have an Aorus Laptop that won’t allow me to restart it, I click restart, it turns back on, but freezes on the Aorus logo, it’s causing major issues because I can’t update drivers and such because it crashes on restart.

I’ve unplugged everything, factory reset it, reinstalled windows 10 from scratch, I’m at the end of my tether with it.

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

Screen Freezing up

Andre, thanks for your suggestions. I performed all steps as you listed and it appears that there were

some problems that have been corrected. I will let you know in a day or so if the "freeze" problem

occurs again. Many thanks for your help --- this took longer than I expected!
