    PC freezes and fps issues


    I have recently been having issues with my PC. My rig is Windows 10 Pro, Intel core i7 9700k, 16gb G-Skill tridentZ rgb RAM, Asus rtx 3070, 1tb Western Digital hard drive, SanDisk SSD PLUS 240GB has my operating system, Samsung SSD 970 EVO 1TB, MSI MPG Z390 GAMING EDGE AC, EVGA 600w bronze, cpu cooler nzxt kraken x53 240mm. I was thinking maybe my power supply wasn't enough to handle all of this and maybe that's why it's been freezing but I'm not too sure. Whenever i try to load any game it freezes for about 10 seconds then goes back to normal, when i play rocket league and try to load into a game it loads for about 2 seconds then freezes for about 10 after that then goes back to normal. This is the same with every game i play and i have not found anyone with answers. Also when im playing games my fps has constant spikes and doesn't stay stable for long period of time such as fortnite which constantly spikes down and causes lag. If anyone is able to help with any of these people let me know it gets annoying especially since i spent a lot of money on my new pc.

    To isolate your Windows 10 freezing issue, kindly answer the following questions:

    • Aside from this error, are you also getting other error codes or messages?
    • Where do you usually experience this freezing issue? Is it during startup?
    • Other troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
