Windows 10: Pc freezes and instantly restarts or my screen goes black and I cant do anything except...

When I am on my pc and I'm programming or playing games my pc is totally fine but when I go watch videos or go afk my pc freezes and then automatically restartsI can be doing nothing on my pc except moving my mouse around and nothing will happen but 20min of me going afk and my pc freezes. All my drivers are up to date and I have no corrupt files on my hard drives. I have run tests on my ram and my hard drives and they are both fine. Both my gpu and cpu are not overclocked. My mother board bios are up to date. A orange light is glowing on my mother board and everyone who has had this issues can't start their pc but I can so I don't understand. When ever I run Driver Verifier after rebooting my pc goes to a blue screen and it asks me to boot again in an older save and then says repairing. All of this indicates psu failure but I want to be 100% sure because I have had this psu for only 2 years so it sucks. Also my psu fan rattles for like 40sec every time I turn on my pc for the first time that day. I opened up my case and cleaned the psu as much as I could but I can't open it because that would void the warranty. I have also posted screenshots of my tests and my blue screen at the bottom of the post. This has been happening for almost 2 months now.

Restart screen then black screen

No, it doesn't restart. It just freezes on the restart screen and then goes black if I click the screen.

Yes, I reinstalled Windows 10 Pro using the MCT, doesn't change anything.

Can't enter Clean Boot, because it freezes on the Restart screen.

Can enter Safe Mode after power button shut down (since it FREEZES ON THE RESTART SCREEN).

Already listed info about DISM and SFC.

Video drivers are up to date. Onboard graphics.

Checked Registry and set properly.

I'll try a new account and see if that works. Will replay back either way.

 

Screen goes black?!

Lately while using the pc either in gaming or internet screen goes black. the computer works (it wont restart or something)
i got rampage iv extreme edition.
fault code on the motherboard is: 40 - OEM post memory initialization codes
i have to restart the pc to make it work.
any ideas?

Screen goes black with no warning, then restarts the pc

This started happening about a week ago, and it occurs almost once a day. The screen suddenly goes black for a second or so, then the pc restarts, it goes through the welcome screen etc.

I get no warning at all. Its not because overheating, because sometimes it happens after I've only been logged on for 30 mins and there's no heat coming from the tower. Sometimes it happens hours after I'm on.

The pc is about 3 years old. It's AMD A10-7700K Radeon R7, 10 Compute cores 4C+6G 3.40 GHz
