Windows 10: PC freezes and restarts with kernelpower 41 and bugcheck 1001 error codes

I built a new pc, MSI PRO B550M-VC Wifi, Ryzen 9 5900x, 3070 ti, thermaltake GF1 850W psu, 32gb ram, with a 1tb ssd and a 1tb hard drive. It ran great for a week and then games started to freeze while playing, and then my pc would restart. This issue doesnt show up during idle. Ive tried several fixed for this, including reinstalling drivers, memory diagnostics, and even restoring the pc to a previous point and the issue still seems to come up.Bugcheck 1001 The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 0xff

EVENT 1001 BugCheck and Critical EVENT 41 Kernel-Power

I've had my PC since January (completely new + running Windows 10) but ever since February it has been restarting without any warning for seemingly no reason. It's happened around 10 times since and seems to be on some kind of count down, restarting after
a certain amount of hours use. Just yesterday it rebooted 10 minutes after I had started the PC up, and half an hour from me writing this it rebooted again. I finally dived into the Event Viewer and found that there has been a consistent chain of Critical
errors, namely Event 41 Kernel Power, with Event 1001 BugCheck sitting right underneath it every time. I've been scouring the net to try and figure out how to fix the issue, but I'm not really sure what's going on and I am fairly new to all the deep-seated
technological terms. Any help would be greatly appreciated (and relayed in simple terms) because I'm honestly clueless.

I have a new pc which rebooted from a bugcheck with error code 1001. I have a minidump file and need it decoded. 102623-4859-01.dmp (file://CAELSGAMINGPC/Minidump/102623-4859-01.dmp) I am thankful for any help.

Hi Robert. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, here to help you.

Did you do a true Clean install which requires deleting all partitions down to Unallocated Space, then click Next to auto-create and format the needed partitions and begin - this makes it foolproof.

1001 is often a driver issue. Besides expediting all WIndows Updates, including Optional, in Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, waiting for the restart prompt, then after restart go back to check again until no more are offered.

Once that's done Update your drivers and BIOS/UEFI firmware from the PC or motherboard maker's Support Downloads web page, using the full model number, Serial Number or Dell Service Tag on sticker. Compare the latest drivers available for download with the ones presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button. Make sure you have the latest BIOS or UEFI firmware, Chipset, Display (Video), Sound, USB3, Bluetooth, Network and all other drivers, or else download and install the latest now.

Updating drivers from the Device Manager or Windows Update is rarely enough. The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is keep the latest manufacturer's drivers installed from their Support Downloads web page. Everything else depends on this.
