Windows 10: PC freezes, BSOD WIN11

Hi, so using my PC, I am experiencing freezes/lockups on boot, and when opening a certain program installed on my computer not all of them but a good amount. I recently installed a fresh Windows copy. Did plenty reinstalls the issue seems to persist and not go away. Yesterday I had my first BSOD. I shut down my monitor using the monitor remote, it stayed like that for a minute, spotify was playing in the background, PC did not go into sleep/hibernate mode. After I turned the monitor back on the sound distorted, computer restarted itself, when booted onto windows the desktop had a different

BSOD and freezing

Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
I did not install any new hardware.
Now it seems to run fine again.

But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
I bought this laptop last January.

thanks that amd processor came from the listing it may be incorrect as suggested here. i do not want win11 but in a few years we all may not have much choice. so because i'm looking for the all in one type pc because for one i do not have space for a tower and where we use them we have space for laptops but the screen size is starting to be just to small. old age eyes if you know what i mean. we both now have to use the enlargement with ctrl and the scroll wheel to make text larger. so because i could not find that processor i asked here just in case i missed it as well, it kind of sounds like it is not there and so these pcs are not ready to run win11 if that happens to be the next OS requirement. thanks

Why not just connect a larger monitor to the laptop?
