Windows 10: PC freezes completely 30 seconds after starting up at the Home Screen.

Hello, I need help fixing this issue with my whole pc freezing shortly after starting up at the Home Screen. I’m currently on windows 11, everything has been okay up until yesterday I froze in game, and when the PC reset, it now freezes everytime after loading up. It starts like normal, I type in password, get to home screen, can move my mouse or click things like normal, and then 30 seconds later everything is frozen. I’ve disabled all startup apps for a clean start up. I ran the memory test. I reset windows completely but kept files so I have latest OS version. I reset my bios to factory d

Well, step one, would be to RUN msconfig, and on the first screen is a place where it says there will be a startup delay of 30 seconds. You can take off the zero, and leave the three, and gain 27 seconds in Boot Up time. Don't forget to SAVE your changes.
Then open the Task Manager and look at the Startup list of programs. You may find some or many that you can disable from starting up when you Boot up your PC. If you don't really NEED it, Disable it.
I just installed Windows 10/Pro/64, and I went through all the above steps, to get the lowest boot time. There's more! But, there's always more! Eh? But, what I've listed above is always a good place to start.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

Windows 10 - Black screen every 30 seconds.

This keeps happening every 30 seconds. The screen goes black for 3seconds~ then everything comes back to normal without doing anything. If i am on browser i can still see the taskbar turning black and if i stay on desktop i can see the entire screen turns back. Even though everything comes back to normal after 3 seconds. its annoying as this happens every 30 seconds. I tried opening settings to reset but it wont open, not even the start will opening and i cant control sound as well. I tried using cmd to reset but after waiting for 3 hours it got stuck on "Resetting your pc" without showing the % so i cancelled it and i dont have a pendrive either.

Any suggestions on how to solve this.
