Windows 10: PC freezes everytime after the first start

Hi!I have had a problem with my PC for several months now and I cannot solve it alone. I appreciate your help.Every day when I start my PC, it "freezes" after a while from starting ~30mins. When this happens, my PC does not react to any buttons nor can I move the mouse. During the freezing, I can still hear voices/music, the PC just doesn't react to anything. When the screen has been frozen for couple of minutes, the PC restarts itself or if I'm in game, I have to force reboot it. After the restart, it usually has no problems for the rest of the day sometimes freezing happens twice, always

PC freezes during start up

At start up, my PC freezes at the pre log on page - the screen before, and which would normally lead to, the password entry / log on screen - It shows mail accounts being updated and the digital clock display operates, but PC does not respond to any input other than to power down. PC is a Dell, about 18 months old, but I do not have system specs. Any suggestions?

• Where do you usually experience this freezing issue? Is it during startup?
• Other troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?

Windows 10 Home freezes

Yes it is connect cause i use that device as principal audio
If i disconnect it, the device disappear from the list and i can't uninstall it
I remember that when i was testing the PC with OCCT i had high temperatures on CPU package (TSI) : max 105.75 °C

Ok i did this 2 times
- first time: it freezed
- second time: hasn't freezed yet

Before the full shutdown i had 2 freezes
At the start the icons are white and take time to load

EDIT: The PC freezed after the second full shutdown, and happen also with the Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 (1st gen) unplugged.
