Windows 10: PC freezes for 1 or 2 seconds but audio continues to play

Hello everyone!First of all, its the HP ZBook Power G10 mobile workstationSpecs:13th Gen IntelR CoreTM i7-13700H 2.40 GHzNVIDIA RTX A1000 6GB16GB RAMSo, when im using my computer in every situation watching videos, typing, etc my pc freezes for a short period of time quite frequently, what is really annoying. Want to add that being on fullscreen has no effect and while the screen freezes the audio and outputs from the mouse and keyboard still work.Thank you for all your time!

pc freeze for a split second

every about 3-5 seconds my pc freezes for 1-2 seconds, im pretty sure its something to do with nvidia but i dont know (it freezes the audio too)

 

pc randomly freezes but audio continues to play in the background

so my pc randomly freezes just doing normal things and if i have a video or audio playing i can still hear the audio just fine even though my whole PC is frozen. is there a way i can check some sort of logs to figure out why im freezing? update: i checked "Control Panel\System and Security\Security and Maintenance\Problem Details" and i got this Source Windows Summary Hardware error Date ‎4/‎19/‎2023 2:32 PM Status Not reported Description A problem with your hardware caused Windows to stop working correctly. Annoying audio delay for 2 seconds after at least 30 seconds of no sound played

I bought a new fresh Lenovo Ideapad S340 which everything seems to be pretty fine at first until i connected my headphones. My computer's audio have a silent 2 second delay that is caused after leaving the pc to not play any sound or any video in the system
for at least 30 seconds. I've tried most of the recurring solutions around the internet but none of them did work out of my frustration:

• Uninstalling the Realtek driver from Device Manager and restarting my computer.
• Replacing the Realtek driver from Device Manager with a generic High Definition Audio driver. It seems to work but instead of the 2 second delay it played a bothering popping sound everytime it starts playing audio after at least 30 seconds of silence.
• Disabling hardware acceleration from the Control Panel's audio settings.

Such a problem is making me struggle a lot with no end and i've only paid a lot for this. I don't want such laptop that has this particular, annoying audio problem that seems to be utterly unresolvable.

I heard that it might be some idling system that is doing this but i'm not entirely sure.

EDIT: I don't use Intel but AMD Ryzen 5.
