Windows 10: PC freezes, mouse goes unresponsive, and audio cuts out.

I've been having a problem with my windows PC. The past few weeks, it has randomly been freezing a few times a day. During the freezing, all audio stops, and then plays a few seconds after the freezing stops, and my mouse stops responding until I press the windows key. When it starts to freeze, I hear a clicking sound or a stutter for a split second through my headphones. This happens no matter the app. Minecraft, Roblox, Chrome, ETC. I have already tried to update my PC, and its updated to the newest stuff. I deleted some downloads or things that take up space on my pc, and it still did not

Random audio stuttering and mouse freezing


"High Definition Audio" suggests you only have the generic, basic function, Windows installed sound driver rather than the correct sound hardware driver. If this is the case, install the correct sound driver as step 1.
