Windows 10: PC freezes no BSOD. Event Viewer only shows Errors: 10010, 7023, 10016, 7031, 7026.

Hello,I've been having a pc freezing problem for over a year now. For context, I've had my pc since 2015 Windows 8.1 then upgraded to Windows 10 and got a new graphics drive in 2021. Everything was going fine until one day my PC froze without letting me restart it or letting me move mouse/use keyboard. I thought maybe it was drivers or power supply problems or motherboard problem, but I couldn't find anything related to those problems. As time went on the freezes became more often so I now tried to dig deeper to find what might be wrong, but through all the forums there still wasn't anything

Event View showing Errors Event ID:10010 and 10016 along with 7031

I am having a number of events that seem to be located repeatedly with the source: DistributedCOM

Event ID: 10010

and

Event ID: 10016

also getting repeatedly

Service Control Manager

Event ID: 7031

Those are the Errors I have gotten about 900 times since Wednseday repeatedly

I have a few warning but they all Task Scheduler and others that I am not as concerned about as those two

Any solutions?

So i've been having problems with my computer lately and it started with an error: DistributedCOM event id 10016. i used

this to get me as far as i could but a few things went wrong. First, there were 2 RuntimeBroker... (services? (idk what they are)). Second, i still couldn't edit the launch and activation permissions and third, i now have no sound at all and an error: Service
Control Manager event id 7023. and now a bit later after a shutdown and a few restarts a new error: DistributedCOM event id 10010.

On your DCOM 10016 event... Event Viewer will show the application ID for the correct RuntimeBroker - in your component services window pick the RuntimeBroker with the matching Application ID which shows on properties when first opened. Probably {9CA88EE3-ACB7-47c8-AFC4-AB702511C276}.

maybe you might enable your Net User Administrator /Active:yes
and login that account to attempt to change permissions.

Sound problems some usually need driver uninstalled / reinstalled or sometimes simply running the hardware troubleshooter.

10010 errors generally Edge here when it hangs or something isn't perfect on a page.
