Windows 10: PC freezes on its own while playing. Can someone help me

It started happening recently. During games PC freezes instantly and just stays froze. When froze i can hear my friends for like 10 seconds then their sound goes away too. Updating drivers didnt fix it. Fixes on internet forums didnt work because they are not specific. Thought i need help so i came here. It only happens on games so it might be my GPU but not sure. Can't play Hit It Rich game and system freezes

Thank you for your response.

I can understand how frustrating it would be. This issue might be due to corrupted profile or if the game is not installed completely. I suggest you to follow these steps and let us know if it works.

Could you please help me with the below questions:

• Are you aware of any changes happened on the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Have you tried playing this game on other browser (Google chrome or Mozilla) and check for the issue?
  

Step 1: Uninstall or Repair the game.

1. Press Windows and
   R key together on your Keyboard.
2. Type appwiz.cpl and hit enter.
   
3. Right click on the Hit it Rich app > Select Repair or uninstall it.
4. Reinstall the application and check for the issue.
   

Step 2: Create a new local account.

The reason might be due to user account corruption, so I would suggest you to ‘Create
a local user or administrator account’ and check if the issue persists.

Note: You will not see all your files under your default file location.
So your data will be saved under C:\Users\User_name.

PC freeze while playing

Hi,

Freezing PC is commonly a result of a conflicting software, multiple malware infection, incompatible driver, low system memory and such. For us to determine why your PC is freezing, please provide information on the following:

• Screenshot of your OS build. (Settings > System
  > About)
• Screenshot of your Update history (Settings > Update
  & security > Update history)
• Is the freeze happening on a specific game only?
• Title of the game/s that you're trying to launch.
• When did this concern started?

Note: You can use the built-in Snipping Tool to capture screenshots.

For now, we suggest updating Windows 10 to the latest build and update your
driver from your manufacturer's website.

Troubleshooting help: YouTube videos won't play on Windows 10 PC

I just got a new Windows 10 PC & I'm finding that it won't play YouTube videos. Specifically YouTube. In the video area the loading indicator circles indefinitely and I see this message...

Additional info & steps I've tried...

• Netflix plays flawlessly
  
• Other Macs, PCs, iOS & Android devices on the same network play YouTube videos no problem
  
• I restarted the machine
  
• Restarted the cable modem
  
• The machine can do other Internet stuff fine -- browse websites, email, etc.
  
• I cleared the browser cache & browsing data
  
• I tried a different browser (I tried Chrome & MS Edge)
  
• I looked under "Windows Defender Security Center > App & browser control" but I don't see anything there about blocking videos.
  
• Turned off ad blocker
  
• Tried connecting via Ethernet and wi-fi
  
• No peripherals connected to the machine

Windows 10 Pro

Version 1803

Installed on 8/14/2018

OS build 17134.228
