Windows 10: PC Freezes Randomly

Hi, my windows 10 PC keeps randomly freezing, it can sometimes do it constantly or sometimes it will do it once a day but I have no idea how to fix it.I checked the reliability history and it says something about LiveKernalEvent Code: 141

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
