Windows 10: PC Freezes to black screen, and everything goes blank as well as sound and montior

So I've had my PC on for the last 2-3 days just fine, without restarting, and had no issues. I was playing Fortnite today and my PC would randomly just Freeze, the screen would immediately go black and sound and everything would stop. I've had no issues like this in the past playing games like Warzone or Fortnite, and it just started happening today. I restarted it, and played the game for an hour again, and the issue was ongoing, after 3 times I gave up. Installed DDU and uninstalled my old graphics and reinstalled it and all. Screen goes blank after changing BIOS settings/

I don't know how long this has been happening, a few weeks at least, but whenever I change a setting in my BIOS (and save & exit), my screen goes blank and my monitor goes into standby. Any suggestions to fix this?
