Windows 10: PC freezes up. Mouse and Keyboard become unresponsive. Need to Hard Restart to get it back.

Hello, I have a PC Processor i5-3rd Gen, 8 GB ram, ZEB-H61 motherboard which freezes up when I'm using it. It usually happens when any kind of moderately heavy tasks are run. But it also sometimes happens when only the browser is running on and has tabs like Google Maps or similar websites being run. I have had a local repair shop look into it and they told me to get my hard-drive replaced and I did what they said but slowly the problem has persisted. The motherboard is also fairly new bought in Dec 2022. I've tried to update drivers and fix all the "Error"s that show up in the 'eventvwr'. I

• Pres Windows+X key on your keyboard.
• Select Device Manager.
• Locate the mouse and keyboard drivers, right click, then click on Update.

I understand your concern and would suggest you to try to boot into Safe Mode with Networking. Here is the steps:

• 
  Press and hold the shift key
  while clicking on Restart at the login Screen (Bottom right corner) > Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>Startup Settings>Restart >>Choose
  Enable Safe mode with networking.
  
  If the mouse/keyboard works, then update the Mouse and keyboard driver. Here is the steps:
  

• 
  Press Windows+X key on your desktop and select
  Device Manager.
  

Locate the mouse drivers, expand, right click and click
on Update.

If it doesn’t help, then I would suggest you to
uninstall and re-install the drivers in compatibility mode. Here is the steps:

1. Go to your
manufacturer’s website and download the Driver’s setup file
for your computer.

2. Press
Windows Key + R on your desktop screen to go to run box.

3. Type
devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.

4. Under
Driver, expand, then right click and select Uninstall.

5. If you are prompted to Confirm then
Confirm.

6. Go to the location where you had saved your downloaded setup files of the drivers and
right click, then select Properties.

7. Select
Compatibility Tab.

8. Place a check mark next to
Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.

9. Let the driver to install and then check the functionality.
