Windows 10: PC Freezes with a buzzing sound from the headset

MY problem is that my new PC Freezes with a buzzing sound from the headset and after 15 to 30 seconds it turns off and on and then Im in the menu where I put in my Pin and this happens alot irregular and I have already troubleshot my PCs componets with OCCT. I have a Ryzen 5 7500f and a RTX 4070. I have a warranty for the PC but I would like to handle this Issue myself because I dont want to send it back and wait for it again. Thank you in advance!!

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

Windows 10 freezing with loud buzzing sound

i'm having a lot of problems on my Windows 10 machine and to be honest i'm giving up on it, it used to run games well but now it crashes with a loud buzzing sound even in games that it used to run flawlessly, any help will be appreciated since no one i know has wanted or cared to help me, i've tried updating drivers, windows memory check, updating motherboard drivers, checking drive health and none proved effective, even clean installs of windows won't help, what do i do?
