Windows 10: PC freezes with no response

So every time I am playing a game my PC will freeze and the screen will go black with no response. I can see the fan and the peripheral lights working however there is not much I can do. The only way to get out of it is by Hard shutdown with the power button.I have attached the link to the dump file from reliability history and the issue has started after the last auto update from windows. my system info: Edition: Windows 11 Pro Version: 23H2 Installed on: ‎30-‎01-‎2024 OS build: 22631.4751 Processor: 12th Gen IntelR CoreTM i5-12400 2.50 GHz Installed RAM: 16.0 GB 15.8 GB usable System

Windows Creator Update Freezes Some Programs when typing

Thanks for the reply. Since the Creator's Update is giving you some issues, we suggest reverting back to the previous update. Here are the steps:

• Open Settings window.
• Click Update and Security, then Recovery.
• Select Get Started, under Go back section.

Once done, it will restart your PC. After the restart, please do check if you'll still experience freeze moments on any programs you are working on.
