Windows 10: PC freezing and after that screen black and light on in power button

Initially my PC freezzed for 2 3 second and I didn't take it seriously but after 3 - 4 days my PC freezed for hours and to resolve this issue I simply press the power button and PC off then again I open then I observed that my PC power button light on and off automatically and after some time power button light remain open but screen is black.. It shows nothing I tried to reach level 2 tech support but there was no response from their side... Some how I contact my manufracure they said its windows problems that is not booting.... If anyone can help me please help me I spend my 50 hrs on this

Only light is power button. The light on caps lock comes on it I press it. No dell logo or anything on the screen just perm at black. Will try some of things suggested. Most common advice is to manually power off 3 times to force start up repair, but this doesn’t happen for me

I have a weird problem with my desktop PC. Sometimes (not all the time), after I power up the PC, the display shows a black screen. Nothing shows up. The PC was powered on successfully as I can see the LEDs light up on the casing. To fix this problem, I pressed and hold the power button to shut down the PC first, then removed the power plug. Wait for a pop sound, then plug back the power plug. After doing these steps, the PC boots up normally and the monitor shows the BIOS boot up screen.

I am running Windows 10.

PC configuration:
- AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
- Nvidia GT 710
- Motherboard B450 Aorus pro Wifi
- DDR4 RAM 16Gbyte 2133Mhz clock
- SSD 1 Terabyte

I asked that question to find out if black screen come up before or after windows start. Usually you can see manufacturer's logo, covering BIOS P.O.S,T. screen and that's before OS starts booting.
