Windows 10: pc freezing and failing to boot

hello, i've encountered several issues with my pc lately and i've had the hardest time dealing with them , it started when i upgraded to win11 from win10 few months ago , my pc started freezing during the win11 installation and i had to do it over 8 times until i was lucky enough to install it before it froze , then after the successful installation of win11 the pc failed to boot , it kept freezing on the windows logo loading whenever i turn on the pc , i've had csm on and all necessary bios options for windows 11 but it still froze until i searched online and tried so many solutions and the o

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.

@Maban - does GPU-Z fail the same way for you the way it does for me? I.e. total system freeze/lockup, requiring a hard reset?

@W1zzard - I will try the suggested steps later today, as I am not near that PC at the moment.

Note:

Your computer may temporarily lose some functionality while in a clean boot environment, however that functionality will return when you
