Windows 10: PC freezing and/or restarting while playing games

This issue started today, I was playing League of Legends on my PC when it randomly froze several times, disconnecting me from the server or something of that sort. This caused me to be unable to play for 5-15 seconds, like huge lag spikes. Sometimes this freeze caused my PC to fully turn off and restart for some reason.I have tried updating NVIDIA game drivers, and have also searched for malware/viruses using Norton.This has never been a problem previously and has started just recently. Please help!

Can't play Hit It Rich game and system freezes

Thank you for your response.

I can understand how frustrating it would be. This issue might be due to corrupted profile or if the game is not installed completely. I suggest you to follow these steps and let us know if it works.

Could you please help me with the below questions:

• Are you aware of any changes happened on the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Have you tried playing this game on other browser (Google chrome or Mozilla) and check for the issue?
  

Step 1: Uninstall or Repair the game.

1. Press Windows and
   R key together on your Keyboard.
2. Type appwiz.cpl and hit enter.
   
3. Right click on the Hit it Rich app > Select Repair or uninstall it.
4. Reinstall the application and check for the issue.
   

Step 2: Create a new local account.

The reason might be due to user account corruption, so I would suggest you to ‘Create
a local user or administrator account’ and check if the issue persists.

Note: You will not see all your files under your default file location.
So your data will be saved under C:\Users\User_name.

Minecraft freezes gaming PC

PC froze while playing game and PC restarted (never accured before)

This wasn't a BSOD.This is the first game to ever do this to me and the first time after 2 months of playing.

I was in like a 3+ hour session when I noticed the sound freezing and noticed my pc froze.Coudn't alt tab or anything until a few moments later the pc restarted by itself.

Game in question is called kenshi and after playing other more intensive games the freezing/restarted hasn't happened yet so I'm thinking it was a fluke/game related.


Event viewer just said it gave me an error 41


there was a bug check and memory dump file of 700mb was created
Should I try to post it?mainly asking if it's game related and not a hardware issue.Il try playing longer game sessions of more intensive games to see if I get the problem again.

Update:hmm it seems some ppl have had the issue.Such a wierd issue though.A game that freezes the pc and restarts the PC?This is a first. Kenshi crashing, pc restarting. : Kenshi

It seems I got a BSOD while playnig kenshi and it said something about WHEA.
