    Hello all, Recently I tried to upgrade my girlfriends pc by installing more RAM, an RTX 3070ti, and a more beefy PSU 850W. That makes it so the components are as follows:Motherboard: ASRock B460 Steel LegendCPU: Intel Core i7-10700 x 16RAM: 16GB --> 32GB DDR4GPU: AMD RX 570 --> NVidia 3070ti ASUS TUF Gaming modelSSD: Seagate FireCuda 500GB SSDPSU: ASUS TUF Gaming 850WThis post will be long, as it will detail everything I've tried over the past few days and all the results of said attempts.Originally, I hadn't used DDU to uninstall the AMD GPU drivers before mounting the RTX 3070ti, m

    Troubleshooting a PC that freezes on the boot animation

    @spunk Thank you for the suggestions. The OS is the first boot device in the BIOS, although I can't see how that would have been causing Windows to freeze at such a late stage in the loading process. I haven't tried removing USB devices yet.

    @geierr What I've done is disable Fast Boot, and so far, I think that may have fixed the crashes. See if that helps you.

    i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
    nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

    PC freezing / Not booting.

    Have you tried diagnosing your hard drive? Test it on a different machine or plug in a boot drive and see if the freezing occurs.
