Windows 10: PC freezing completely few seconds after start up and log in

Hi everyone. I just got a new PC and suddenly it started having a persistent issue. I manage to start up and log in and once im in my desktop im moving around with the mouse and it randomly completely freezes, when it happens I'm forced to shut it down with the power button on the PC tower. The PC is two months old and these are the specs:CPU INTEL CORE I9 139000K 5.8GHZMB ASUS PRO ART WIFI Z790 P00 AXTRAM DDR5 64GB PC5200 CORSAIR 2x32GBSSD SAMSUNG 1TB 980 PRO NVMEGEFORCE RTX 4090Window 11 Pro

PC freezes during start up

At start up, my PC freezes at the pre log on page - the screen before, and which would normally lead to, the password entry / log on screen - It shows mail accounts being updated and the digital clock display operates, but PC does not respond to any input other than to power down. PC is a Dell, about 18 months old, but I do not have system specs. Any suggestions?

A failed update or one-time startup process can sometimes cause stopping, freezing, or reboot-loop issues during the login process. To isolate the issue, we suggest that you answer the following questions:

• Do you have a USB device attached? If yes, can you remove the device and log in again.
  
• Have you tried turning off the WiFi feature in your laptop before logging in?
  
• How about running a Startup Repair in your Windows 10 laptop? (Boot to Advanced Startup Options>Click on Troubleshoot> Click on Advanced options> Click on Startup Repair)
• Aside from the above steps, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Windows 10 Home freezes

Hi Macboatmaster

Yes it is connect cause i use that device as principal audio
If i disconnect it, the device disappear from the list and i can't uninstall it
I remember that when i was testing the PC with OCCT i had high temperatures on CPU package (TSI) : max 105.75 °C

Ok i did this 2 times
- first time: it freezed
- second time: hasn't freezed yet

Before the full shutdown i had 2 freezes
At the start the icons are white and take time to load

EDIT: The PC freezed after the second full shutdown, and happen also with the Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 (1st gen) unplugged.
