Windows 10: pc freezing on windows 11 and 10

the issue im facing right now is that my pc will randomly freeze. ive tried making minidumps but it cant make them because the pc will not automatically restart after freezing as it doesnt give me a bsod and forces me to press the power button on the pc. it stopped briefly for 4 days after upgrading to windows 11 but has returned and even after restoring the system fixing it for a couple days, it has once again returned for me. the only things i could grab are the event logs and also listing my specs below.https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/10vP2nwjl3hh1aYKTOoUki7J0mjZUOfrx?usp=sharing

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
