Windows 10: PC Freezing on Windows 11

Hello, I have a very strange problem with my PC freezing but it's not very often, dating back to when I built my computer it's ran with little to no issues until almost a year later my entire PC locked up and froze, It wouldn't register anything from my keyboard and I couldn't move my mouse causing me to hold down the power button on my computer and restart it. At this time I was playing a game called Wartales and judging by others I figured it was the game, so I DDU'd my GPU drivers and installed fresh new ones to ensure it wasn't that, until a month later it happened again while I was playin

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
