Windows 10: Pc freezing out of nowhere, majority of the times when playing games that are high...

Ok, this is giving A LOT, and I mean A LOT of work.I've already spent hours trying to figure this out, but I can't find the problem. So, my PC for the last 2 months or so has been randomly freezing while I play games or when I am watching YouTube. It just completely freezes and I can't move my keyboard and mouse. It has no symptoms to warn me of the freezes, like low-performance issues, for example. It just runs completely normally, and freezes out of nowhere. Sometimes it's not freezes, it's a complete Blue screen. In the last 2/3 days, this aggravated dramastically. It has gone from 1 freeze

Can't play Hit It Rich game and system freezes

I can understand how frustrating it would be. This issue might be due to corrupted profile or if the game is not installed completely. I suggest you to follow these steps and let us know if it works.

Could you please help me with the below questions:

• Are you aware of any changes happened on the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Have you tried playing this game on other browser (Google chrome or Mozilla) and check for the issue?
  

Step 1: Uninstall or Repair the game.

1. Press Windows and
   R key together on your Keyboard.
2. Type appwiz.cpl and hit enter.
   
3. Right click on the Hit it Rich app > Select Repair or uninstall it.
4. Reinstall the application and check for the issue.
   

Step 2: Create a new local account.

The reason might be due to user account corruption, so I would suggest you to ‘Create
a local user or administrator account’ and check if the issue persists.

Note: You will not see all your files under your default file location.
So your data will be saved under C:\Users\User_name.

Windows 10 freeze while playing games with "Balanced" or "High Performance" Power Options

hi, i have another problem. every time i play video games like DOTA 2, GTA V or any games that needed highly recommended specification, it totally freeze or even sometimes it suddenly forced to turn off my PC with Balanced or High Performance power option.
i have to play any games with Power Saver so it'll never freeze. before i used windows 10, i've been using windows 7 and 8.1 and i never experience any freeze while playing any games with Balanced or High performance power option. so what's the matter ?

Windows 10 Pro

16 GB RAM

AMD FX-8350 8-Core 4.00 GHz (vishera)

AMD Radeon HD 5600/5700
