Windows 10: PC freezing randomly after latest cumulative updates and can't uninstall them

My PC is freezing randomly the past few days. No BSOD but the screen, cursor and clock freeze. It happens while reading emails, or scrolling through Facebook, or even when the PC is idle with just a screen protector running. The only way out is pressing the power button. I've done full diagnostics and made sure all drivers are updated. The only thing that's been changed is that the cumulative updates KB5033920 and KB5034123 were installed on 1/10/24 and 1/11/24. I've tried to uninstall them but I get an error message during Advanced Recovery that they can't be uninstalled.

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

Hello,

I have the latest windows updates, drivers, and BIOS.

The issue was caused by the Radeon drivers - i explained in my previous post.

To solve the issue I run a program called ClockBlocker that prevents the graphics card from downclocking and freezing the computer.
