Windows 10: PC Freezing Randomly & Cause Is Difficult To Isolate/Fix

The issue began after a windows update and Nvidia driver update on 02/14/25. I have tried uninstalling quality and feature updates to no avail.Issue:My PC has been freezing randomly to the point where I have to manually boot the PC off. I have had Microcenter run their tests and they isolated it to a corrupted windows installation. However, I had previously done a clean installation twice via USB before bringing it to them. The first time the PC worked a week before the freezing came back, the second time, it returned within the day. They are stumped on how to avoid this problem. The PC now

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

Did you try to follow Method 1 step by step? If yes, which step exactly caused difficulties?

And if description is too difficult for understanding, you may ask for a help from a friend or technician. I'm sorry but freezing is not easy for diagnosing.

However, if this computer is factory made, you may try to reinstall all divers from manufacturer's support site.
