Windows 10: Pc Freezing when saving and closing games

My pc for a while has been freezing completely no ctrl alt delete or alt tab and it seems to mainly happen when saving and exiting games. It very rarely happens during gameplay. I custom built this pc, or had someone do it, and I recently had someone install a new graphics card cause my old one broke, and I reinstalled windows myself. I’ve tried the scan in cmd and the memory scan, updated drivers, turned off overclocking, and I still can’t figure it out. My specs are:Intel Core i7-10700K 3.8 GHz 8-Core ProcessorMSI MPG Z490 GAMING EDGE

Can't play Hit It Rich game and system freezes

Thank you for your response.

I can understand how frustrating it would be. This issue might be due to corrupted profile or if the game is not installed completely. I suggest you to follow these steps and let us know if it works.

Could you please help me with the below questions:

• Are you aware of any changes happened on the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Have you tried playing this game on other browser (Google chrome or Mozilla) and check for the issue?
  

Step 1: Uninstall or Repair the game.

1. Press Windows and
   R key together on your Keyboard.
2. Type appwiz.cpl and hit enter.
   
3. Right click on the Hit it Rich app > Select Repair or uninstall it.
4. Reinstall the application and check for the issue.
   

Step 2: Create a new local account.

The reason might be due to user account corruption, so I would suggest you to ‘Create
a local user or administrator account’ and check if the issue persists.

Note: You will not see all your files under your default file location.
So your data will be saved under C:\Users\User_name.

Pyramid game freezes

See my December 29 reply above:

I ran the troubleshooter, no problems were found.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice. Pyramid game still freezes and closes randomly.

It appears that I am not the only one with this issue. I am convinced that the problem lies within the latest Windows 10 update.
